Our team was tasked with a full-scale millwork integration, spanning from the high-traffic demands of a modern kitchen to the quiet precision of a custom executive office and the refined tranquility of the bathrooms. By maintaining a singular standard of craftsmanship across these diverse spaces, we ensured that the home’s aesthetic remained unified, intentional, and finished to a level of excellence that only truly custom work can achieve.

For the kitchen and living areas, we focused on achieving a balance between high-capacity storage and a sleek, architectural silhouette. By utilizing integrated appliance panels and custom-engineered internal organizers, we eliminated visual clutter without sacrificing the “mechanical excellence” required for a high-traffic culinary space. The transition from the kitchen to the customized office demonstrates our versatility, where we swapped kitchen utility for executive sophistication, installing custom-fitted library shelving and a floating desk system that maximizes the room’s unique footprint.

In the private baths, the challenge was to maintain the home’s luxurious design language while prioritizing moisture-resistant durability. We designed and installed bespoke floating vanities that create a sense of elevated space, finished with moisture-sealed coatings and precision-aligned hardware. From the soft-close drawers in the master ensuite to the custom cabinetry in the guest quarters, every element of the 107 Schooner Ln project was fabricated with a commitment to transparency and quality, ensuring the millwork remains as enduring as it is beautiful.
