255 NW 22nd St

The 255 NW 22nd St project represents the pinnacle of full-scale millwork integration, featuring floor-to-ceiling European-style cabinetry throughout the entire residence. By implementing a cohesive, “whole-house” design strategy, Palazzo Cabinetry transformed the kitchen, dining, and bathrooms into a unified architectural experience, utilizing height and precision to redefine the home’s interior volume.

Vertical Elegance. Comprehensive Customization.

The kitchen and dining spaces are defined by soaring, floor-to-ceiling cabinetry that eliminates dead space and creates a seamless, built-in aesthetic. This monolithic approach utilizes handle-less, full-overlay panels and integrated appliance suites to maintain a clean, modern silhouette while providing unprecedented storage capacity. By aligning the grain patterns across these expansive vertical surfaces, we achieved a sense of “mechanical excellence” where the cabinetry feels less like furniture and more like a structural element of the home itself.

In the bathrooms and private quarters, we mirrored this elevated design language to ensure a consistent flow from room to room. The master ensuite features custom European vanities and high-reach storage towers that maximize the vertical footprint without overwhelming the space’s minimalist atmosphere. Every inch of the 22nd Street project was engineered with high-performance hardware and precision-mitered joins, ensuring that the grand scale of the floor-to-ceiling installation is matched by an uncompromising attention to detail.
