By implementing our “mechanical excellence” standard, we provided the homeowner with high-capacity, hidden storage that maintains a minimalist aesthetic without compromising on the daily functional demands of coastal living.

In the bathrooms and private suites, the design language shifts toward a spa-like tranquility. We installed custom floating vanities with precision-mitered edges and moisture-resistant finishes, specifically engineered for the South Florida climate. Every detail, from the soft-close hardware to the internally illuminated shelving, was selected to enhance the apartment’s luxury feel.
